Economic Update: University of Michiganâ??s Consumer Sentiment Index

The preliminary February reading for the University of Michiganâ??s Consumer Sentiment Index was reported at 76.3, which was above the consensus reading of 74.3 and last monthâ??s final reading of 73.8.

Note that there are two reports for the Confidence Index each month: Preliminary and Final.
